Regression analysis is the collection of statistical techniques applied to a dataset in order to model the relationship between the set of variables used in the data sample. Wolfram|Alpha's flexible regression algorithms allow you to efficiently fit data to linear, polynomial, exponential and logarithmic models, as well as to compute, diagnose and visualize the resulting regression model.
